Eagerly awaiting

Eagerly awaiting that which is not to happen,
hoping, praying, thinking, doing,
eagerly awaiting that which is to happen,
waiting for it to manifest.

These dreams, their directions, their path, their volition,
eagerly awaiting the results of my actions,
and so, I knew that that the waiting was vain,
to work for joy is work for true

The result will sprout according to season,
its will, its tide, its ebb, its hide,
its god, its devil, its act, its agent,
its time, its way, its form, its joy.

You see if you created joy, not then but in this moment,
this moment halt joy, then you have won,
the path is set, the way is walked, the fruit,
is sure to come.

Act not for fruit, it leads to disappointment,
Act for act, for joy and appointment,
Act nishkam, act without attachment,
Act as though the act is done!

Make peace with the demons that stop you
"Saurabh ... what about you?"
"They will cheat you, mislead you and waste you effort"
make light of this voice that moves you.

Not he who cannot create the universe,
Can take from you what you should have,
Not he who has not given life life,
Can take from like and what it needs,

He stands in the way of his own folly,
He stands believing, he has won,
he is not the one that has defeated,
He and god are one.

When god has decided that the season is here,
then he, his own, his friends will bend,
you work with love Saurabh, for it is the way,
to work, to love, to friends.
